HOW TO USE KORETENSE

  • 01 Attach either the handles or the ankle straps to both ends of the resistance band(s)
  • 02 Select the resistance band(s) you want to use and lace them through the door anchor loop.
  • 03 Stick the door anchor over the top or through the hinge of a door. Close the door firmly, making sure the latch is secure.
  • 04 Begin your workout.

    I have a small area in my garage where I lift weights daily, and while I've always liked weights (dumbbells) these bands are very efficient, and effective.
